Sprigge barrel rested gin
We tie the origins of gins past with our spirit of today by using the old English spelling of the word Sprigge. A sprigge of juniper and its berries has long been held in high regard. It is from this that gin was born. Inspired by the rolling stone walls covered in juniper which define the fields and farms of Maine, we have created a hearty and full flavored gin that places the noble juniper front and center and then let it rest in oak barrels.
