Whipple tree apple brandy
As the summer comes to an end, we await the timeless tradition of picking apples. Maine’s bountiful orchards would not be possible if not for the whippletree; a simple design that has helped to shape our agriculture and landscape. Using only locally harvested apples, we decided to evoke this same simplicity in our apple brandy. Made to sip slow and with friends.
